About the boats

Boat Building Kits by Clark Craft were provided by Michael Bornn and the VI America's Cup Challenge. Since 1998, ten sailing prams have been built at the St. Croix Vocational School in the Marine Technology Class with instructor Frank Cousins.

The Clark Kits are assembled by the Marine Technology class as a training exercise in wooden boat construction. To date, they have built all prams used in the program as well as power boats up to 24'.
